Tandoori Masala 60g
A flavoursome blend of spices to marinate meat, fish. Simply mix 1 part Tandoori Masala with 8 parts natural yogurt and blend well with your meat or fish. When marinating whole fish or large pieces of meat, cut slashes into it to allow the flavour to fully develop. Leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours before grilling or baking.
Ingredients (in variable proportions): Coriander, Chilli, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Garlic, Paprika, Salt
